What is Puddlebees?
Puddlebees is a baby and toddler apparel brand filled with playful designs for everyday moments, big milestones, holidays, family celebrations, and everything in between. Our collections blend soft watercolor charm with bright, bold graphics so families can find styles that fit every little personality.
What sizes do you offer?
Baby onesies are available in 0–3M, 3–6M, 6–9M, and 12M. Toddler shirts are available in 2T, 3T, 4T, and 5T.
Because every child grows differently, we recommend checking the Size Guide on the product page before ordering.
What colors are available?
Our baby onesies and toddler shirts are currently offered in White and Natural. Availability may vary by product. More color variations will be added soon.
Are baby onesies available in short and long sleeves?
Yes. Baby onesies are available with both Short Sleeve and Long Sleeve options on the same product page.
Toddler shirts are currently offered in Short Sleeve only.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the Size Guide available on each product page to compare measurements and choose the best fit. If your child is between sizes, consider how you prefer the garment to fit and how quickly they are growing.
How quickly are orders made?
Production typically takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Each order is carefully prepared before it is packaged and shipped.
Shipping
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. Puddlebees ships throughout the United States. Available shipping methods and rates will be shown during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Puddlebees offers international shipping to supported destinations. Available services and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the destination and order.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery time after shipment depends on the shipping service selected and the destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your package on its way to you.
Will everything in my order arrive together?
We prepare and ship your Puddlebees order together whenever possible. If an item ever needs to ship separately, you’ll receive tracking information for each package so you can follow every part of your order.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect shipping address. We’ll do our best to update it before production or shipment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.
Returns & Order Issues
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our return policy.
Returned merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please review our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for eligibility requirements and instructions.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
If you need a different size, contact us and we’ll help determine the best option based on your order and item availability.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible if something isn’t right with your order. Include your order number and photos of the item when applicable so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Because orders move into production quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or request a cancellation.
We’ll do our best to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my Puddlebees apparel?
For the best long-term color and print quality:
Turn the garment inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with similar colors using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Avoid fabric softener when possible. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the printed artwork, and do not dry clean.
Avoiding high heat during washing and drying will help keep your Puddlebees apparel looking its best.
